We are able to pursue the recovery of a debt on behalf of individuals, small businesses and limited companies alike, and aim to tailor our services to match your needs and the particular circumstances of the outstanding debt in question.
Our service provides guidance and advice for creditors, from initial communication with a debtor through to the commencement of Court proceedings where necessary, and includes enforcing payment of any Court Judgment secured in your favour by a variety of methods.
We can recommend the appropriate action for each individual claim and provide advice upon the merits and relative costs of various enforcement options, whether this is by way of Bailiffs, High Court Enforcement, Attachment of Earnings Orders or other methods.
In addition to traditional enforcement action, we are able to advise and assist in securing your interest by way of a Charging Order against property owned by the debtor, and with regard to registering such interests at the Land Registry to secure future payment.
Fixed fee rates are available for Debt Recovery action, and our Debt Recovery Team are able to advise upon anticipated costs at each stage in order that you can keep track of your liability throughout, and ensure that the pursuit of a debt is at all times commercially viable.
We are also able to offer reduced rates where a client provides instructions for high volume work, and individual arrangements can be discussed with our Debt Recovery Team.
